The W24257A is a high speed, low power CMOS static RAM organized as 32768  ´8 bits that
operates on a single 5-volt power supply. This device is manufactured using Winbond's high
performance CMOS technology.

Description
The AV109-73 GaAs IC FET voltage variable attenuator provides 35 dB attenuation range at 900 MHz controlled by a single positive voltage.The VVA has a linear transfer curve of 12 dB/V slope, with input and output VSWR better than 2:1 over all states. It operates with supply voltage of +3 V and control voltage of 0 V to +3 V in a low cost SOT-6 package.The RF ports require 25 pF DC blocking capacitors. In addition, an external grounding capacitor is required.

General Description
These gated Triacs from Teccor Electronics are part of a broad line of bidirectional semiconductors. The devices range in current ratings from 0.8 A to 35 A and in voltages from 200 V to 1000 V. The triac may be gate triggered from a blocking to conduction state for either polarity of applied voltage and is designed for AC switching and phase control applications such as speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. The triggering signal is normally applied between the gate and MT1.
Isolated packages are offered with internal construction, having the case or mounting tab electrically isolated from the semiconductor chip. This feature facilitates the use of low-cost assembly and convenient packaging techniques. Tape-and-reel capability is available. See “Packing Options” section of this catalog. All Teccor Triacs have glass-passivated junctions to ensure long term device reliability and parameter stability. Teccors glass passivated junctions offer a rugged, reliable barrier against junction contamination.
