NTE3185
Discrete White Clear LED Indicator
Description:
The NTE3185 is a blue source color light emitting diode made with GaN on SIC. It is recommended
that a wrist strap or anit–electrostatic glove be used when handling this device as static electricity and
surge will cause damage. All devices, equipment, and machinery must be electrically grounded.
