Function

Power supply for the A/D converter. Connect

this pin as close as possible to the VCC pin and at

the same voltage as VCC. If the power supply

voltage to be used for the A/D converter is not

equal to VCC, connect a 0.1-µF bypass capacitor

between the AVCC and AVSS pins. (However, this

is not necessary when the AVCC pin is directly

connected to the VCC pin.)

Ground for the A/D converter. Connect this pin

as close as possible to GND at the same voltage

as GND.
