1 All ADC linearity tests performed with the input range at full scale − 12.5% and at zero scale + 12.5%.
2 Maximum INL and DNL specifications obtained with the part configured for component video input.
3 Temperature range TMIN to TMAX, −40°C to +85°C. The minimum/maximum specifications are guaranteed over this range.
